Two entrances, one workspace
The Grange has a striking communal front entrance providing access to all four 2,000 ft2 suites. In addition, there is a separate staff entrance located at the rear of the building giving direct access to the main car park.
Your entrance, your choice
The Croft has two 2,000 ft2 offices with a ground floor private entrance. It also has a separate communal entrance for the first and second floor serving a further two 2,000 ft2 suites and two 1,000 ft2 suites both accessed via an imposing communal entrance and a passenger lift.
Break into a sweat or be social
The top floor of The Grange is dedicated to the fitness & café areas and is accessible to all tenants of both buildings. Whether you’re breaking into a sweat, catching up with colleagues, meeting your neighbours or indulging your inner master chef, we have the perfect setting for you.
Power up or step down
You can access all floors in both buildings using our 8-person lift or via the generous wrap-around staircase.
It’s your workspace; you decide
Occupy The Grange or The Croft on your own terms. We can offer you a suite for you to fit out or if you prefer, we can deliver a bespoke fit out to meet your needs. We can combine suites and we can even add furniture so the space is ready to go. We’re a flexible landlord.
