As you would expect, a service charge, estimated at £6.50 per ft², will be administered to cover the operation, maintenance, and management costs of the common parts of the buildings, the estate, and Lodge Lane.

The costs include, but are not limited to, drainage, sewerage, water rates, refuse collection, CCTV, fire alarm, security entrance gates, ground maintenance, exterior and building maintenance, lift servicing, communal building space maintenance and operation, hot and cold water, electricity, heating/cooling, and cleaning of all communal areas. The service charge includes the fitness centre, breakout areas, social/culinary spaces and all communal areas.
